Oculus Rift S – A Bittersweet Setup Experience (+ Tips, Unboxing & First Impressions)

We’ve been having some problems setting up the headset, here is our Rift S setup experience and what we did to solve this. Tips, unboxing and first impressions included!

The Oculus Rift S… a new PC VR headset released alongside with the Oculus Quest. This one surprisingly sells for the same price: 399 US dollars but this one needs to be tethered to a PC to play VR games. We will talk more about the specs later in this video. We received our Oculus Rift S about two weeks ago at launch and we’ve been having a sweet, but also bitter experience with it.

In this video, I’ll explain what happened and what I did to make it less bitter and sweeter 😉 We will also start the video with our usual quick unboxing and throughout the whole video, I’ll share my first impressions on the Rift S!
